As part of a 150 year celebration and a website upgrade, this church was seeking a more contemporary look for its publications. Taking the inspiration from the central stained glass window above the church altar, we created a stylized image of the Eucharistic meal (the “source and summit of the Catholic Church”), and centered it beneath a historic pointed arch reminiscent of gothic architecture. Along with a traditional serifed typestyle, the new identity presents both a contemporary and traditional character to the public.
